You work with a specific, knowledgeable ICF loan origination professional, who has direct and immediate access to our investment committee. Your LO will learn your business and your needs and be there whenever you need them to assist you.

We completely understand that speed and dependability are critical to our borrower’s success.
We routinely fund loans in 10-14 days, if needed. When we commit to a funding date, that is the day your loan will fund.
